1. Current assessment
Reservemate is designed for keyboard use, labelled controls, visible focus, responsive text and alternatives to map interaction. On 2 October 2026 the operator confirmed that the service is operated by one individual, with no employees or linked companies and turnover and assets below EUR 2 million. The current assessment therefore supports the service-provider microenterprise exemption under Finnish accessibility rules for consumer digital services. This is reviewed when size or operating circumstances change. We continue accessibility improvements voluntarily. No independent accessibility audit or full WCAG conformance is claimed.
2. Alternatives and feedback
Business discovery offers a list alongside the map. You can choose a municipality without location permission and enter business coordinates manually. If a control prevents you from completing a task, email support with the page, device and assistive technology involved, and the action you wanted to complete. You may request the information in an accessible form. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer data. We will review reports and explain the next step.
3. Known testing limits
On 2 October 2026, automated checks for selected WCAG A/AA rules passed on ten public pages in the built website at desktop and mobile viewport sizes. These included login, support, privacy requests, content reporting and business agreements. Automated checks cannot establish complete accessibility or verify a physical phone. Screen-reader use, zoom, keyboard focus, native device permissions and third-party maps need further manual assessment on supported devices. Provider tiles may fail to load; the list remains the alternative. Finland’s accessibility supervisory guidance is available from Traficom.
