Report a review, business profile or uploaded image that you believe is illegal or breaches our terms. No account is required. Identify the exact content and explain your reasons. For an immediate danger, contact emergency services.
You can also email the notice directly. We acknowledge receipt and send a reasoned decision after human review, unless prohibited by law. Ask for a free review by replying with the notice reference. For notices concerning child sexual abuse material, name and email are not required; use direct email without attaching the material.

Customers, businesses and competent authorities can contact Reservemate electronically at the address below. It is our contact point under the Digital Services Act, including communications from the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.
You may write in Finnish, Swedish or English. The operator reviews messages personally; a Reservemate account is not required. For privacy and personal-data requests, use the privacy address below.
